| Product Description |
| For use of a guide scope in deep-sky astrophotography with refractors or reflectors, you'll need rings to hold it. These cast-aluminum rings each have three stainless steel adjustment bolts with nylon tips to prevent marring of the guidescope's finish, and lock nuts to keep them from loosening once set. Each ring has a 1/4" through-hole for mounting them on tapped tube rings or plate. Two sizes are available, with inside diameters of 95mm and 110mm (thumbscrews reduce the effective inside diameter further). The 95mm rings will hold a 60mm refractor; the 110mm rings will hold most 80mm refractors and some 90mm refractors, including the Orion ShortTube 80 and ShortTube 90. Sold as set of two rings. |
