Same capacity but smaller than BP807.

| I got this as the replacement for the original BP807 that's included with my HFS camcorder. Capacity is the same despite virtually half the thickness. If it wasn't original equipment, I would guess it's false advertisement, but the camcorder reports the 90 min. run time as with the other battery. Intelligent batteries (for controlled charging and statistics) are generally expensive and the $45 are a bargain compared to the MSRP of $89. Nevertheless, my camcorder looks funky now that the battery compartment is half empty. It works great but looks out of place. |

It is a little thin for my canon hf S10

I owned this extra battery because Amazon give it with any purchase of S10 or S100.
I like the battery very. It can provide another 90 minutes battery life. But it is not so thick as the original battery. When you mount it into your camcorder, there will be a gap between the battery's back and the camcorder's back. |
