| Product Description |
| The Portable Reflector Bracket allows you to mount the Adorama Portable reflectors and any other similar reflectors onto a light stand. It is adjustable to hold Reflectors from 22" to 58" and can be rotated and swiveled for precise positioning. Instructions for using the Portable Reflector Bracket Loosen one of the tightening knobs until the two wheels separate. Pull apart one of the wheels so you can insert the telescoping rod through one of the smaller figure "8" holes. After inserting the rod, tighten the knob so the teeth of the two wheels come together again Repeat with the other wheel for mounting onto a light stand Note: The wheels may be locked at any angle and positioned as desired The two spring loaded clips hold the reflector in place. The rod between the clips may be adjusted to accommodate different size reflectors from 22" to 58". |

Strobist, good if refelctor is smaller then 32"
2008-11-26
|
| I bought a 40" reflector and needed a holder to keep it angled to the subject. The light stand attachment was a little awkward at first but i guess it caters for every possible size to make it universal. Attaching the reflector takes a little getting used too due to the size. I recommend when selecting this holder to not exceed the 32" reflector size or have a very sturdy light stand. It can tip over without weighing down the light stand. If you have the $$$ to spare go for the boom with reflector attachment and counter weight. Much more usefull in a studio setup. As for portability yes it will do if you have a small to medium reflector. |

Awkward mounting to stand

|
| It works, but getting the mount to attach properly to a light stand (or other mount) is VERY awkward. |
